What is the Bodycross Lifetime Guarantee?
The Bodycross Lifetime Guarantee demonstrates our commitment to quality and durability. In addition to the statutory 2-year guarantee, we offer a limited 10-year product guarantee for Bodycross products. This guarantee covers the lifetime of the product. What does this mean in practical terms for you? We undertake to maintain or restore your product to its original working condition for 10 years from the date of purchase. This is a service that benefits our customers and the environment, because the longest-lasting products are the ones you already own.
Let us know if you have a problem with your Bodycross product, and we'll check whether it's covered by the Lifetime Guarantee. If it is, we'll cover any repairs for the lifetime of the product, allowing you to use it for as long as possible. We'll cover the costs for the first five years, while you'll have to cover them yourself after that.
The Bodycross Lifetime Guarantee applies to selected items purchased from 1 January 2024.
Which cases are covered by the Lifetime Guarantee and which are not?
Cases covered by the Lifetime Guarantee :
All material and manufacturing defects are covered by the Bodycross Lifetime Guarantee. Please note: the Lifetime Guarantee refers to the lifetime of the product (10 years), not the lifetime of the buyer.
Cases not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee :
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, inappropriate use, negligence, normal wear and tear, natural deterioration of colours or materials, or natural wear over the long term. Nor does the Lifetime Guarantee cover damage caused by modifications, unauthorised repairs or mishandling.
Is the Lifetime Guarantee transferable?
The Bodycross Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable and is valid only for the first owner.
