1/ PAYMENT TERMS

Payments will be done by CREDIT CARD or VISA CREDIT CARD.

No check payment will be accepted.

2/ DELIVERY

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery cost and preparation are varying according to :

- Weight,volume and distance to the delivery address.

- You can check the freight charges in your shopping cart when you raise your order.

- During a sale, if you wish to complete a first shopping cart already validated by other items on the same sale, some additional delivery cost maybe added to the cost already charged. You will be informed of the amount before the validation of your second shopping cart.

To be advised:

In case of return of the goods the customer will be responsible of the freight expenses/return to BODYCROSS.

DISPATCHING LEAD TIME after reception of the payment :

* FRANCE : DELIVERY WITHIN 72 HOURS.

* EUROPE : DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAYS.

* DOM : DELIVERY WITHIN 96 HOURS.

* TOM : WITHIN 96 HOURS.

* WORLD : Depends on the country - 5 at 15 days.

For any purchase you will de delivered by post through COLISSIMO or by GLS or other, handovered against signature.

An email with the name of the carrier and tracking number will be communicating from the goods.

WARNING :

The shipment lead time are given as an information and will be duly respected by BODYCROSS company.

Yet these lead times, in any case, cannot be a reason of cancellation if the delay of shipment doesn’t exceed 30 days.

Any order not shipped within 30 days will be considered as cancelled.

Any shipment will be trackable by his parcel number : www.colissimo.fr, www.gls-groupe.eu ...

We can’t be taken as responsible in any case of late shipment.

Any late payment will occurred shipment delay for which BODYCROSS won’t be responsible.
