How to give an e-gift card to your loved one?

1. Choose the e-gift card corresponding to the amount you wish to give on this page

2. On the e-gift card page, fill in the following fields: recipient's email, your message and the delivery date.

3. On the selected date, the recipient will receive their e-gift card with a unique code and your message.

How to use an e-gift card received from one of your loved ones?

1. Go to our BodyCross online store.

2. Once you have made your clothing selection, go to your cart.

3. Copy the unique code from your e-gift card into the "Discount codes" section.

4. The amount of your e-gift card will then be deducted from the total amount of your order.

5. Complete your purchase by logging into your account or creating an account.

I didn't spend the full amount of my e-gift card during my purchase?

Don't worry, when you confirm your order, you will receive a new code corresponding to the remaining balance on your e-gift card, which you can use for a future purchase. The code will be sent after validation by our logistics department.

Can I use my e-gift card on promotional or sale items?

Yes, the E-gift card is a means of payment that can be used on all items, even those on promotion, special offers or sale.
