HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER?
It depends on the chosen mode of transport.
Orders are shipped by DHL or COLISSIMO, it takes between two and three working days from the departure from our warehouses.
Although we strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, it may take up to two business days before we can release your package to the selected carrier.
Delivery may take longer than usual during sales, promotions and holiday periods ..
BodyCross makes every effort to meet the delivery times indicated.
However, BodyCross accepts no responsibility for late delivery, whatever the cause.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Thanks to this number, you will be able to find the exact location of your package on the site of the selected carrier.
IF I AM NOT PRESENT WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
All our shipments are subject to signature to collect the package. If you are absent when COLISSIMO brings it to you, the deliverer will leave a transit advice note in your mailbox. On this notice will be mentioned if the delivery person will return or if the package has been dropped off at a relay point or at the nearest post office, where you can pick it up. Attention, without action on your part within the time limit (normally 10 days) the package will be returned to us.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?
Once you have paid for your order, it is sent to our warehouse. If you notice an error in your order when you receive confirmation of your order, please send us an email to: email@example.com within the hour in order to make the change before packing. Thus, before submitting an order, we recommend that you always double-check the delivery address and the items (size and color).
HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Delivery costs vary according to the mode of transport chosen. We invite you to do a cost simulation once you arrive on the shopping cart page.
WHY DO I NOT HAVE THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION PROVIDED WHEN MY ORDER?
For the moment we only offer free delivery from a shopping cart of 50€. The delivery is made only in relay point.
TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE DELIVER?
You can order products that will be delivered anywhere in France. We deliver to other countries but the delivery costs and modes of transport are different. To know the cost, please select the country concerned.
