HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER?
This depends on the mode of transport chosen.
Orders are shipped by :
- COLISSIMO, between two and four working days from our warehouse.
- DPD, which takes between two and four working days from our warehouse.
Although we aim to send your parcel as quickly as possible, it may take one to two working days before we can pass your parcel on to the selected carrier. Delivery may take longer than usual during sales, promotions and holiday periods.
BodyCross makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines. However, BodyCross declines all responsibility for late delivery, whatever the cause.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, an e-mail containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number will enable you to find the exact location of your parcel on the selected carrier's website.
IF I AM NOT PRESENT WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
All our deliveries require a signature to collect the parcel. If you are absent when DPD brings it to you, the deliveryman will leave a notice in your letterbox. This notice will indicate whether the driver will come back or whether the parcel has been dropped off at a relay point or the nearest DPD center, where you can collect it. Please note that without any action on your part within the allotted time (normally 10 days) the parcel will be returned to us.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Once you have paid for your order, it is sent to our warehouse..
If you notice an error in your order when you receive confirmation of your order, please send us an email to : firstname.lastname@example.org within the hour in order to proceed with the change before parcel delivery.
Therefore, before submitting an order, we recommend that you always double-check the delivery address and the items (size and color).

WHY DON'T I HAVE THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION WHEN I ORDER?
For the moment, we only offer free delivery on orders over €50. Delivery is only possible to relay points.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE DELIVER TO?
You can order products for delivery anywhere in France.We deliver to other countries, but shipping costs and modes of transport are different. To find out the cost, please select the country concerned.
