PAYMENTS
WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer several means of secure payment by credit card:
- Card
- VISA
- Mastercard
- Paypal
Payment will only be effective if authorization from your bank or Paypal is sent to us. If the payment is rejected by your bank, BodyCross will not ship the order, and you will not receive an order confirmation.
WHEN AM I CHARGED?
After entering your bank details on the secure payment interface of our partner PAYPLUG and acceptance by your bank, your order is validated. Your bank account will be debited immediately (immediate debit card) or at the end of the month (deferred debit card).
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
When sending your package we attach a delivery note. Your invoice is sent to you by email after the validation of the order. You can also find it by selecting the order by logging into your account.
I RETURNED A PRODUCT, HOW ARE REFUNDS MADE?
When returning products, the refund is made as soon as possible and at the latest within 20 days after control and receipt of the return. The refund is made via your means of payment CB or Paypal.
MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED WHAT HAPPENS?
Our banking service provider PAYPLUG checks payments electronically. It is possible that your bank does not communicate an immediate payment agreement even if the balance of your account is in credit (weekly/monthly ceiling of your expenses reached, validity date of your expired card, ...). Your order is automatically cancelled. We advise you to contact your bank branch in order to obtain more information.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Your information is encrypted and circulates securely using the SSL protocol. When You type in the figures appearing on your credit card, an encryption algorithm takes care of immediately transforming this information at the source into a series of incomprehensible letters and figures. It should be noted that during your purchase, BODYCROSS does not at any time have visibility of your bank details: everything is managed directly by our banking partner PAYPLUG. The transaction is in this way really protected in all the stages of circulation of information.
