WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer several secure credit card payment methods:
- Carte Bleue
- Apple Pay
The payment will be effective only if the authorization of your bank or Paypal is sent to us. If the payment is rejected by your bank, BodyCross will not deliver the order, and you will not receive an order confirmation.
WHEN AM I DEBITED?
Once your bank details have been entered on our partner Stripe's secure payment interface and accepted by your bank, your order will be confirmed. Your bank account will be debited immediately (immediate debit card) or at the end of the month (deferred debit card).
PAYMENT IN 3 INSTALMENTS FREE OF CHARGE
With our partner Stripe you can pay in 3 instalments free of charge.The customer hereby accepts Stripe's legal notice, which can be accessed here:
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
When we send your parcel, we enclose a delivery note. Your invoice will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated. You can also find it by selecting the order and logging in to your account.
I'VE RETURNED A PRODUCT, HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
When products are returned, the refund is made as soon as possible and at the latest within 20 days of checking and receipt of the return. Refunds are made by credit card or Paypal.
MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED. WHAT HAPPENS?
Our banking service provider, STRIPE, checks payments electronically. It is possible that your bank does not give immediate payment approval, even if your account balance is in credit (weekly/monthly spending limit reached, expiry date of your card, etc.). Your order will be cancelled automatically. We advise you to contact your bank branch for more information.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Your information is encrypted and circulates securely using SSL protocol. When you type in the numbers on your credit card, an encryption algorithm immediately transforms this information into a series of incomprehensible letters and numbers. It should be noted that when you make your purchase, BODYCROSS has no visibility whatsoever of your bank details: everything is managed directly by our banking partner STRIPE. In this way, the transaction is truly protected at every stage of the information flow.
