The procedure for the exchange
1/ Upon receipt of the goods if the goods do not correspond to the customer's order or do not meet the client 48 hours days to submit a claim by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any claim, the customer will show the details of the purchaser, the order number, product references and the reasons for the claim. Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
2/ BODYCROSS undertakes to exchange goods, if the goods are nonconforming defective, returned in a period of 14 days (Code DGGCRF). The relevant articles should be returned in the condition (label, packaging). Attach to the package a copy of the claim, invoice and formulate the specifics of the exchange.
3/ We remind you that BODYCROSS does not support the transport trade.
Each client will accompany the parcel back by a check for € 7.60, an amount representing the shipping of sending the CUSTOMER Bodycross nationally.

If the client notices an abnormality of delivery (size error etc.), the company defray the shipping exchange.
4/ Warning the opportunity to exchange does not apply to discounted items or to sale merchandise.
5/ Warning no refund will be made, shop-bodycross.com agrees only on an exchange.
