If you are not completely satisfied with the product or if it is not the right size*,
you have 14 days to return it to us.

Your product must be new, unworn, unwashed and have its original labels.

The first return for exchange is free; if you wish to make a second return after exchange, you will be responsible for the carriage costs.

Returned parcels must be dropped off at a CHRONOPOST or UPS collection point, depending on the carrier chosen when the order was placed.

How to return for an exchange

1. Download and complete the returns form by clicking on the link: FORM

2. Contact us by e-mail at: contact@shop-bodycross.com or by using the contact form. (Please include your order number).

3. We will send you the parcel label by return e-mail.

4. Drop off the parcel at a UPS or CHRONOPOST collection point, depending on the carrier chosen when the order was placed.

Steps for returning goods for a refund

Refund details for offers

  • DUO PACKAGE

    -Initial prices:

    • Product 1 = €79
    • Product 2 = €59

    You received a €20 discount.

    -Returning a product:

    If you return one of the two products for a refund, the duo offer will be cancelled. You will be refunded €59, as this amount already includes the discount applied under the duo offer.

  • TRIO OFFER

    -Initial prices:

    • Product 1 = €79
    • Product 2 = €79
    • Product 3 = €40 (with 50% discount applied).

    -Returning a product:

    1. If you return a product:

    - TheTrio Offer and theDuo Offer will be cancelled.

    - Product 3, which benefited from the discount, reverts to its full price of €80.

    - Your refund will be €20, because theTrio Offer will become a Duo Offer, and the discount will be reduced from 50% (€40) to €20 (€80 - €20 = €60, so the difference of €20 will be refunded).

    2. If you return two products:

    - TheTrio Offer is cancelled, and no discount applies.

    - Each returned product is refunded at its original price:

    - Product 1 = €79

    - Product 2 = €79

    - Total refund: €119 (€79 for one product + €40 for the second).

  • PACK OFFER

    -Initial prices:

    • T-shirt = €45
    • Shorts = €59
    • Total initial price = €104
    • Price with pack offer = €84 (you received a €20 discount).

    -Returning a product:

    If you return one of the two products for a refund, the pack offer will be cancelled.

    You will be refunded the price of the returned product, less €20 to reflect the cancellation of the discount.

    Example:

    - If you return the T-shirt, the refund will be: €45 - €20 = €25.

    - If you return the shorts, the refund will be: €59 - €20 = €39.
