2/ BODYCROSS undertakes to exchange goods, if the goods are non-compliant, defective, and returned within 14 days (DGGCRF Code). The items concerned must be returned as is (label, packaging). Attach to the package a copy of the complaint, the invoice and formulate the specifics of the exchange

3/ The product(s) ordered comply with the order, but do not suit you. You have a period of 14 days to return the product(s) at your expense to the address appearing on the return form that you can download here and insert in the package.
