HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1/ Upon receipt of the goods, if the products do not correspond to the customer's order, the customer has 48 hours to file a claim by e-mail to email@example.com. On all claims, the customer must indicate the purchaser's contact details, the order number, the product references and the reasons for the claim. Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
2/ BODYCROSS undertakes to exchange goods, if the goods are non-conforming, defective, and returned within 14 days (DGGCRF Code). Items must be returned in their original condition (label, packaging). Enclose a copy of the complaint and invoice with the parcel, and specify the details of the exchange.
Holiday returns: Returns are exceptionally extended until January 10 for purchases made between December 1 and December 25.
3/ 3/ The product(s) ordered conform to the order, but do not suit you. You have 14 days to return the product(s) to the address on the returns form, which you can download here and insert into the package. The prepaid label can be downloaded from your account or requested from customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return.
