Long running shorts
What length of shorts to choose? Difficult to answer because each runner is different, it's all about feeling good in your running clothes, all along the course. If you want good support for the thighs, opt for shorts or 3/4 leggings for the summer and long ones for cool periods, the 2-in-1 shorts are a good compromise because they combine shorts with shorts. The long shorts help to avoid chafing the thighs, but can be annoying during long distances. Combined with leggings, the long shorts will give you a new style.
