HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER?

It depends on the chosen mode of transportation.

Orders are shipped by:

• COLISSIMO, it takes between two and four business days from the departure of our warehouses.
• DPD, it takes between two and four business days from the departure of our warehouses.

Although we strive to send your package as quickly as possible, one to two business days may pass before we can entrust your package to the selected carrier. Delivery may take longer than usual during Sales, promotions, and holiday periods.

BodyCross makes every effort to meet the indicated delivery times. However, BodyCross declines any responsibility in case of delivery delay, regardless of the cause.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. With this number, you can find the exact location of your package on the selected carrier's website.

WHAT IF I AM NOT PRESENT DURING THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE?

All our shipments require a signature to retrieve the package. If you are absent when DPD delivers it to you, the driver will leave a notice in your mailbox. This notice will indicate whether the driver will come back or if the package has been deposited at a relay point or in the nearest DPD center, where you can pick it up. Please note that without any action on your part within the specified time frame (normally 10 days), the package will be returned to us.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?

Once you have made the payment for your order, it is transmitted to our warehouse.

If you notice an error in your order upon receiving the confirmation of your order, please send us an email to: contact@shop-bodycross.com within the hour to proceed with the change before packaging.

Therefore, before submitting an order, we recommend that you always double-check the delivery address and the items (size and color).

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

The delivery fees vary depending on the chosen mode of transportation. We invite you to simulate the cost once you arrive on the cart page.

WHY DON'T I HAVE THE OPTION OF FREE DELIVERY OFFERED DURING MY ORDER?

At the moment, we only offer free delivery for purchases over 50€. The delivery is only made to a pick-up point.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE DELIVER?

You can order products that will be delivered anywhere in France.

We deliver to other countries, but the delivery fees and modes of transportation are different. To know the cost, please select the relevant country.
